The main objective of this intensive course is raising the participants' capacities by the technical knowledge through using the information systems to take all rational decisions concerning environmental problems as well as applying the system development methodology to build the environmental system for all environmental problems facing the society. |

- System Development Methodology (SDM)
- Different Phases for SDM.
- Activities of System Requirement Definition Phase.
- Problems that facing the construction of Information systems.
- Demonstration of environmental information Systems for a real environmental problems and how it helps the decision process.
- Demonstration of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and remote (RS) applications to environmental problems.
Future vision for an environmental knowledge base (E-Environment). |

Each course:
- Course will be from 09:00 to 15:00
- Will last for five days with a total of 30 hrs
- Will be conducted in client’s premises.
- Will have a maximum of 15 participants
- Course will be conducted in English / Arabic language

Settec understands how difficult it is some times to get all the trainees during working hours and therefore we can conduct the seminars in weekends and afternoons. |

- LE 37,500 with a maximum of fifteen participants per course
- This price is providing that the Client will provide full accommodation and transportation for two persons from SETTEC during the course if held outside Cairo.
