The “Emotional Intelligence” Seminar enables participants to have self awareness about their own emotions, how to control it & how to motivate it (Intrapersonal).Also understanding others’ perceptions through empathy & making effective relationships (Interpersonal). Throughout the seminar, participants are prompted to respond to self-assessment exercises, carry out role plays, exchange experience in small groups’ teamwork, and answer written exercises.
