Methodology:
This program is highly participative. Attendees will be encouraged to exchange their experiences and to discuss challenges and problem areas in a stimulating but confidential working environment. This involves the use of short lectures and presentations, brain storming discussions, and case studies. Throughout the course participants shall be encouraged to develop creative solutions for the case studies with assistant from the course leader.
