Q1: where do you setup your courses?
A1:• Public courses:
At any five stars hotel in the country.
• In-house:
As per client’s request/ advice either company premises or a conference room at any hotel "SETTEC will handle the reservations"
Q2: what does the training package include?
A2:• In case of public courses we will responsible for,
A) The course material
B) Needed illustration tools i.e. Data show, Flipchart, etc…
C) 2 coffee breaks
D) 1 lunch or dinner
E) The venue reservation
F) A car for the practical day in the defensive driving courses
• In case of in-house courses we will be only responsible for,
A) Providing the course material
B) Providing the instructor
Q3: can a course be held at afternoons?
A3: yes, our courses can be conducted at mornings and afternoons according to the agreement made during negotiations.
Q4: What’s the level of your instructors?
A4: SETTEC deals only with selected list of instructors that are very qualified on both academic and practical levels. All instructors CVs are available upon client’s requests.
Q5: are there any discounts I can have?
A5: discounts are announced through our newsletters which you can join at any time for free.
Q6: what is the number of attendee’s accepted limit per course?
A6: For public courses there are no limits per course. In case of in-house courses we can start a course with the minimum of 1 participant to Only 15 maximum per course.
Q7: what is your payment method?

Q8: what language do you use in the courses?
A8: all our courses are available in Arabic and English language except a few courses which are restricted to a certain language.
Q9: in case I want to cancel the reservation, can I have a refund?
A9: yes, but there is a refund policy, in case of cancellation fourteen days before the course, no refund can be done but the participant can be substituted.
In case of cancellation more than fourteen days before the course, the client can choose one of the following options:
A. Attending next confirmed round of the seminar
B. Attending another course with the same amount
C. Refund 50% of paid amount
