Human Leadership in the Age of AI is a five-day executive education programme designed for senior leaders navigating the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence.

The programme focuses on the human and leadership dimensions of AI transformation — helping executives make informed decisions, establish effective AI governance, lead people through change and connect AI initiatives to measurable organizational and business impact.

The programme is designed for decision-makers, C-suite and senior leaders, business-unit leaders, and executives responsible for organizational transformation and change. It is not a technical AI programme.

Executive Learning Experience

The programme combines faculty-led sessions, case studies, peer learning, executive discussion, hands-on exercises and peer coaching.

Participants will be led by USC Marshall Executive Education faculty Professors Pete Cardon and Shon Hiatt.

Certificate & Digital Badge

Upon completing Human Leadership in the Age of AI, participants will receive an official certificate and a digital badge from USC Marshall Executive Education. The programme does not provide academic credit or a degree.
