Course Description

Power BI is a business analytics solution that lets you visualize your data and share insights across your organization or embed them in your app or website. Connect to hundreds of data sources and bring your data to life with live dashboards and reports.

The course consists of five modules and is delivered in a mix of presentation, and hands on trainings. Trainees will follow the trainer instructions and apply each step on their laptops for each section. Quiz, and Lab Exercises exist at the end of each module to allow the trainee to self-assess his / her knowledge.

Course Objective

This course will give you an introduction to Power BI and how to connect to multiple data sources, explore the data, create stunning visualizations, upload reports and create dashboards, share all of these with your co-workers, and much more

Who Should Attend

Any one works with data and want to communicate the data insights to interested parties. This is an introductory course; therefore, no prior knowledge is required. However, having basic experience working with data from Excel, databases, or text files will be helpful.

Software Requirements

Each trainee should come to the course with a laptop that at least meet the following requirements:

Windows 7, or later
Internet Explorer 10 or later
Access to internet
If Available: iPhone, Ipad, Android Mobile or Tablet, Windows Mobile or Tablet
